Turkey doesn't need its own nuclear program. The US has a nuclear base with silos located in Turkey and based on mutual agreement has assured Turkey of nuclear deterrence when needed.

USSR supplied India all its military weapons from guns to navy ships against Pak and that’s the reason India refused till now to support USA and NATO on Ukraine matter.
