I think the Customer is the negligent person here! The Nigerian Laws criminalizes carrying such a huge sum of money without Police Escort!

Also, he shouldn't have left such a huge sum of money unattended - he could have told the Security to help him watch the vehicle for that particular reason, then the Bank would have been vicariously liable!
