I can't speak for itel but Oraimo has warranties on their products. And it's legit. I remember one particular thread on this forum where they swapped a faulty powerbank for a user.

Some manufacturers do not seem to realise that by offering firm warranties, they can literally increase the sales of their products and/or services, leaving a slew of satisfied customers who then recommend the products to others by word-of-mouth.
