[b]basically one is branded eitha sprint, verizon  which use the cdma network(so the fone has a cdma and gsm evdo compatibility) or rather they are the original service providers(9930) while the other has a wide market service provider range  but since they  all are unlocked it makes them quite the same(9900 run on GSm and evda networks only), they both look exactlly the same and differ only by software updates because of different specs. other is more complicated stuffs and the price diff is based on availability and the fact that canadian phones generally are on the high side in terms of demand for them, in short they are the same fones with 9930 made specifically for the spint and verizon companies while 9900 for all companies(unlocking removes dis difference),
as per the interesting part which is price negotiation, am sorry 76k is the cheapest price u can find and i cant bulge from it(itz genrally a give away),
