Honestly I don't which section to put this so I had to come here. My nepa bill is usually from 5400-5800 naira monthly but this month they brought bill of 22,200 Naira.

I called the nepa guy he told me it's cos we have been getting constant light. But we used to get light before then he told me that's what he got from the office.

Abeg is there any way I can go about finding out what led to this. Like head office, the right person to contact to make my findings etc. Cos how can you boost someone's bill to a 400% increment just like that.
