This is urgent and a case of intimidation to my friend who is currently serving, because one of the account officers in the state secretariate is trying to frustrate his life! He hasn't been paid his allowances for monthsssss oh. He has always thumbprinted and was present for all his monthly biometrics oh but this staff is the reason why he hasn't been paid all these times oh just because the staff is personally angry with him for involving higher ranks staff when initially he wasn't paid his allowance in the beginning. This is against Job ethics! Justice must be done! We have sent several emails to NYSC official emails but none is being replied. How can one contact NYSC headquarters for the case of intimidation of a corper by the staff working in NYSC finance and acount unit of one the state secretariate?

Please mod move this to the front page because this is an act of wickedness by this NYSC staff! He ought to be sacked!
