As at the time you typed this, Lagos state has just one airport which is owned by the FG and was built decades ago. There are only a few states in Nigeria that state governors singlehandedly built airports for their states. Lagos isn't in that league yet. Sorry to put it to you, Lagos isn't leading as far as this issue is concerned
