At ONUS COMMUNICATIONS ACADEMY, we have packaged a one week intensive and comprehensive training that can help you to plan, create, launch and grow your podcast. This one-on-one professional training, will take you through all the process necessary for creating a professional podcast.

In this training, we will cover the following:

1. Planning for Success: Here we will help you set up your podcast for success. If you have an idea of what you want to talk about, we will help you to polish it. If you don’t have any idea, we will help you come up with an idea that is perfect for you.

2. Equipment: The equipment you will use for podcasting can either make or mar your podcast. We will take you through all the tools, tech and equipment necessary for producing a podcast and how to use them effectively. We will also show you how to use only your smartphone to record, edit, produce and launch your podcast. This is as easy as ABC.

3. Presenting: We will teach you how to present your podcast like a pro. We take you through the preparation techniques, how to script your podcast, how to sound calm, confident and in control, how to connect with your audience with your voice and how to sound professional, engaging and in control when co-hosting your show.

4. Recording: Here we will take you through the tips and tricks of different recording options and how you can get audio with the highest possible quality. You will also learn how to record your show with people from different locations.

5. Editing & Production: You will learn how to edit your recorded audio either on your smartphone or with a computer system. We will show you how to use the best editing app and softwares and how to make your podcast sound polished and professional and get it ready to be uploaded to your podcast host.

6. Uploading: We will take you through the various steps to release your first podcast episode, how to tag your podcast mp3s and create a podcast logo and how to upload your episode and get it into directories like Apple podcasts, Google podcasts and Spotify.

7. Growing your audience. The more people listen to your podcast, the more return on investment you get. We will put you through the different ways to promote your podcast, get more eyes and ears on your podcast and increase your podcast rating online. You will be taught how to use social media for this purpose.

8. Monetising: We will show you the various strategies to make money from your podcast like selling ads, getting sponsors and find people to invest in your show.
