Using immune-informatics methods, the researchers created a novel multi-epitope peptide vaccine that incorporates the cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL), helper T lymphocyte (HTL), and linear B lymphocyte (LBL) epitopes. The ability of the developed vaccine to induce immunological responses after the injection was established using ​​physicochemical, molecular docking, and thermodynamic stability profiling approaches. The design has an estimated half-life for mammalian reticulocytes in vitro of 4.4 h, a theoretical PI of 6.09, and a molecular weight of 53.85 kDa. To test for compatibility and efficacy, the vaccine’s design was docked against the human toll-like receptor (TLR).
