i already have 3 plus years experience post uni from the US and i am goin home to do nysc batch c in november.
i will b doin dis in oando; does anyone know how much oando pay youth corp members?
also will they consider my previous experience if they retain me post nyysc or are they going to
pay me entry level salary like someone just resh out of uni?
how much could d pay package be in all instances (as youth corp, as fresh entry level, or as 3 year experienced

Fresh grad - 3-3.5m per annum
3 years experience - 4.5-5.5m depending on negotiation.

And there are few other benefits aside this like car grant(almost 1m, paid after confirmation), turkey allowance(December) and share of profit/bonus every year. All not applicable to NYSC except turkey allowance.

Sales Support Assistant is still not a high-grade position. I don't think they will want to do more than 5m. Recall, your competitors (co-interviewees)for the position may have less experience and may be willing to take something low, which the company can consider cheaper.

That's downstream of course. And Oando is still one of the most rewarding in that sub-sector. In fact, only Total is at par with it.

However, in the upstream sub-sector of O&G, you earn bigger bucks, between 6-11m for entry level.

Upstream is a high-margin industry, so pay far higher.
