jogego, thanks love for the concern. I am fine and I pray to God that the rest of us here are equally fine. There's another explosion at the station right next to my office as we speak. Anyways..... thanks for the show of concern. |
Re: London Explosions by jogego(m): 12:39pm On Jul 07, 2005 |

Re: London Explosions by IAH(f): 1:23pm On Jul 07, 2005 |
Thanks to a wonderful and sweet Nairaland member called ANGELGAL. She sent PMs to all of us in London to ask how we are. Isn't that just so thoughtful of her? |
Re: London Explosions by Greatpeter(m): 1:39pm On Jul 07, 2005 |
I send my condolense to the family of the Victims. And to our members over there who are spared by God's mercy congratulations. |
Re: London Explosions by Ra(f): 4:26pm On Jul 07, 2005 |
Thanks guys. Things seem to have calmed down considerably now. It's highly unfortunate that innocent people had to die and many more remain in critical condition, but it could have been worse and we thank God for His infinite mercies. Yeah, I was so touched by Angelgal's thoughfulness. Now that is what I call 'brotherly love'. God bless you Angelgal for your kind heart. |
Re: London Explosions by sade(f): 4:46pm On Jul 07, 2005 |
Jogego, thanks for the concern.Things are now calm though its not a funny experience because I was at a station when I heard so I have to go back home since all the lines has been suspended. Who knows the reason...is it the Olympic 2012 or the G8 issue..I still don't understand because London won yesterday..leaders holding meeting today and bomb blast the same day..Why is it today Well, it is well and I hope such thing will not happen again by God's grace cos its horrible. |
Re: London Explosions by demmy(m): 5:49pm On Jul 07, 2005 |

Re: London Explosions by jogego(m): 6:27pm On Jul 07, 2005 |
IAH: this one na proper ojoro.....angelgal..why u no send me PM? Hen We are all fine. Stories of testimonies all around. A friend who normally takes the bus 30( the bus that was blown) about the time the explosion happened, and just woke up and decided not to go to work. |
Re: London Explosions by Seun(m): 6:40pm On Jul 07, 2005 |
Please don't think of your friend's luck as a "testimony", because the person who took his/her place is a valuable human being, too. Let's not mock the memory of those who woke up in the morning to go to work instead of sleeping at home. There is no "testimony" in any tragedy. |
Re: London Explosions by Vieira(m): 6:47pm On Jul 07, 2005 |
I am alright guys, and thanks angelgal for the message. I normally do not go to my office in the city but today i decided to go! well I was lucky and missed it by 5 minutes, my feelings go out to others not so lucky. The bastards responsible will never break Londoners spirit, the IRA could not do it and neither will these cowards. |

Heartfelt thots to those people who have lost loved ones. Its a painful thing to experience. I only hope one day we can have a better way of using out time and not wasting it signing pact with the devil. Which is simply what these guys must have done to be able to carry out such an act without conscience. |
