I have been trying to get my iPad connected to the internet for the past 4 hours but to no avail. Whenever I launch the Safari browser. It's gives error report of my device not connected to the internet. I will be glad if anyone could help me with info about troubleshooting it. Thanking you for your anticipated support. |

do u have a valid data plan? have u checked ur connection settings to see if u have the right apn? |

Yeah I still have a valid data plan. It's actually my first time of trying to connect it since it's still new. I'm not sure what APN to use. I have tried different ones with no luck. |

send INFO to 127 to know the validity of ur data plan use the apn : "gloflat" with username and password "flat " also make sure u have a little credit on the line. . . don't worry it won't be deducted as long as u r on the gloflat apn cheers |
