Site isn't going through

Just did my printout some minutes ago. I used my phone. The site will keep telling you:

"Some 505 error (Ubuntu)".

Never mind that - just keep reloading whatever page you want to open again and again (for me, some of the pages took like 7-9times of reload to open). In short, the site is better than before. And the printout page is now working fine compared to some days ago.

For those who haven't been able to login in, reset your password and go to your mail for the confirmation link.

Once you do that, when trying to login, it could stay on "Verifying" for too long... You just reload that page and enter you details again. (It may take doing this like 5times for some).
NB: once you are logged in, and you click the toggle bar to the top right corner of your page, you should see 3 options(Apply, Logout and a circular form of your passport).
Click on APPLY - it will take you to the page where you have you submitted/print page.


For those who haven't been able to print your photoslip and guarantor form:
NB: the two forms come together on the same page when you click print.
Also, that print icon(green in color) is now working fine (except that you have to keep going back to that page and clicking "print" again if it open a page saying: 505 error(Ubuntu)

Finally, this may take you clicking it like less or than 10 times before you see your print out. But it's working now.
NB: It's okay if your passport isn't showing for now - you can always do that later. But it's better you have those printout first.

the response im getting is invalid login, what should i do?

I can't submit my application kos its saying I need to login first.
I can't sign-up kos the sign up button isn't responding whenever I click it.
Everything is just frustrating.

My experience with application and some tips

There's heavy traffic from chrome and firefox browser, so I will suggest you use opera browser or phoenix or any other browser out there.

Also, I did a kind of workaround with my application after I noticed some error (SSCE missing, passport missing and wrong short code on the submitted form). I am not telling you to do this, just giving out info on what I did. It may or may not lead to disqualification, but I am willing to take the chances.

Here's what I did...

I opened a new account and put a space before entering my NIN. I was able to submit successfully and print the application form as well. Everything took like 5-7 minutes.

The application site is better even during the day now.

I wish all applicants a smooth process!

All you need to do is click "forgot password" then insert the email you used to register and instructions will be sent to your email.
