Once you’re matured enough, financially stable and capable of running a home, then you can get married.

When you are ready you will know

money or age does not apply. all you need is readiness and maturity. i was 26 and my hussy was 28 when we got married and now we r done with child bearing. we are now training kids.

The age that you find the person you want to marry( they find you), you are emotionally mature  and financially stable.

Inasmuch as you're above 18 and you're capable of handling and taking care of a home,you're free to make a choice.

as long both of you are in love and you both know that in the event of child rearing there will be no suffer head then you're at the right age.
