Guy you make sense though but discouraging people travelling abroad is wrong. Many families in Nigeria are surviving today because they had siblings and friends in the diaspora. I don't know about you though but in my area most big houses are built by people in the diaspora. The same diaspora people remitted billions of dollars to Nigeria annually

Will you advice a poor struggling Nigeria who managed to get a full funding scholarship for master degree or PhD in these country not to go because Nigerians has more opportunities? You need to know that £1 is about #910. Please reduce your views about Nigerians living in the diaspora. You're absolutely wrong about it.

I personally know a family surviving because they had 2 siblings in US and Canada. Imagine these siblings of theirs remain in Nigeria wasting away like their other siblings? Rest abeg

Thanks. On the issue of migration, I was writing in jest. Anyone could just look at my past posts LOL. I was trying to write like a real Nigerian.

Anyway thanks. You're unusually polite, Nigerians are generally very rude as you can read above.

Have a good day.

It's so sad how this country has gone so low. How our commonwealth has been shared by politicians from the last to this day. I told someone that it's as if the citizens are sharing from the crumbs after these men has eaten all the main meal but there's a remedy. For those that are ready to put the work there's a solution. It's entrepreneurship. There's work in the country just that most youth are looking for the work in Total, shell and offshore jobs we are now in the era of performance economy. The more you can put in with excellence the more you can earn. No glass ceiling. If this looks like what you can do hit me up on zero eight zero three nine three eight four six four zero . If you are in Abuja, ph or Lagos then you should be part of our business community. Have a nice day. Entreprenoah

As a tired Nigerian youth, the issue of unemployment in Nigeria is not just a topic, but a harsh reality that affects my daily life.

Despite having a good education and skills, I struggle to find a job that matches my qualifications.

The high level of unemployment has left me and many other young Nigerians feeling hopeless and frustrated.

It seems like no matter how hard we try, the system is rigged against us, and opportunities are scarce.

The government's efforts to address the issue have been lacklustre at best, with policies and programs that have not produced tangible results.

It's time for the government to take real action and prioritise creating job opportunities for the youth.

Schools should change their academic curriculum to include more subjects in entrepreneurship so that in the event of not getting a job after spending years in school, one can still survive and make a living.

Until then, we will continue to be a generation stuck in a cycle of unemployment and poverty.

As an employer of Labour, while I admit there's unemployment, but unemployability is a bigger problem.

Most of the graduates are unemployable. We conduct interviews a lot and see people with terrible attitudes, dishonesty etc

Even after employing them, they fail on the job after several trainings

Please Sir, I need a job. I believe you’re in a position to help because your job description suggests that. I have an OND in Accountancy and a BSc in Industrial Relations and Persoonnel Management. Thanks

There is no enabling environment for young businesses to thrive. Many companies are folding up due to power supply. Go to those old industrial estates in Lagos and other states you will see what I am saying. Some business men and women come to deceive the people that they are doing well in business but behind the scenes alot of shady deals are going on. They just use their business to blindfold others. Government just need to create enabling environment. The youths are not being lazy at all because I once worked in a big company and I saw how hard working the youths are. Some will run both morning and afternoon shifts. At the end of the day the take home pay is next to nothing. To be honest life is very hard today we should not deceive ourselves. It's not easy coping with system.
If you want to learn skills, the person who will teach you skills will not be honest and they like maltreating those learning the skills from them. To many dishonesty going on. It's so sad. Some will post advdert online for people to contact them if they want to learn the skills and when you show interest the next is to tell you to buy materials and when you send the money for the materials they will block you. This country is upside down
How can you send money on the internet to someone you have never seen before,, are people really using the education they get in school??

Affordable used cloths, buy and market to your friends who in turn help advertise your product to more friends

Phone accessories business, charging cable, memory cards, casing of the most popular brands, you can start infront of ur house with no need for shop.

You can even use the money to learn computer typing MSword, excel etc work there learn the ropes of running a business centre is due time you can learn Adobe photoshop or corel draw for graphics design work.

You can buy foodstuffs from local market and sell to your neighbours, yam, bag of garri and sell in smaller quantities even vegetables which are money spinners.

You can keep chicken if your backyard allows, buy local birds which are hardy and keep if you get fridge kill refrigerate and sell as frozen chicken in kg.

So many businesses you can start small and grow big in. You are only incapacitated by yourself not by government, leave certificate for now, get busy b4 1 year of hustling things would change for the better
Thank you so much, sir.
I appreciate.

Poverty is manufactured in bed.

You can't sleep like you are competing with the dead and expect to be rich in the land of the living in 2023

Keep working hard! There is no limit to what you can achieve

I can count how many times I worked late in the office since January, 2023

Sometimes, I will be up at 1am till 5am taking Data Analytics training for our students in Canada because of the time zone difference

So when you see me receiving alert of 7 figures, you should know I have worked for it

In 2023, be consistent with your hustle

Acquire new skills, work hard and pray hard too

Success is yours to grab
