Ugandan first son "mohoozi kainerugaba declared on Thursday that his country would send troops to defend Moscow if it came under threat, making Uganda the first African country to openly declare support for Russia.
He tweeted on his tweeter's account " call me a putinist if you will, but we uganda shall send soldiers to defend Moscow if it's ever threatened by the imperialist".
"The west is waisting its time with a useless pro-Ukraine propaganda" added the outspoken general.
Mahoozi kainerugaba is an Ugandan general and son of president yoweri museveni. He has been commander of the special force command (SFC) from 2017_2022 (Wikipedia)

I want African leaders to be neutral on this Russia- Ukraine war, taking different sides is not in our own interest.

Big powers are just fighting for influence in Africa and around the world.

South Africa should be careful as well

This Uganda general should take some chill. We need the soldiers in Somalia first and not in Russia. Don't go and bring wahala come Africa, we get our own problem too.
