‘’I Bought Right With Adron Homes’’ – Jinadu Ekundayo Testifies by Triton1996(m): 7:35am On May 08, 2023
TRIXX NG reports that the first landlord in Adron Homes City Park, Mr Jinadu Ekundayo has testified to the excellent services of the renowned real estate company.

In a video shared on social media, Mr Jinadu Ekundayo explained that he doesn’t regret buying from Adron Homes despite feeling reluctant to buy.

He revealed that his land was gotten for N900,000 with a flexible payment plan which he completed within six months after which he was required to pay a certain amount for infrastructure, survey, and supervision fees.

Mr. Jinadu expressed his surprise at the appreciation of the landed property as it was valued at N1.2 Million just two months after allocation and now sells for N3 Million

‘’From disturbing me that I should come and invest even if I don’t have the money to build. The land was about N900,000 then so the payment was made within six months.’’

‘’After then, I asked for allocation and was told about the other payments which includes infrastructure, survey, and supervision fees. About a month after, we got the land.’’

‘’Actually, the area is very nice because within a short period of time, the land appreciated to N1.2 Million two months later and now, it’s about N3 Million. I can say that we actually bought right with Adron Homes.’’
