There is no easy or hard task, it depends on mindset and passion. That's why what Mr A see as fun while doing it, Mr B sees it as too much stress..

That being said, try to know which one she likes/enjoy to do. If no clue, then she should start with data analysis, but animation would be more preferred (more enjoyable than the rest)...

SAP might be a good fit depending on availability of training resources and location

freelancing is better for her..

atleast in her area of specialization... like tax auditing, corporate filings and the rest... they are all automated to tech now...

She should go back to school for a Masters in Computer Science. All these things you learn on Udemy and YouTube will not lead her anywhere.
