Semovita..... buy dried maize from the market and grind it yourself. It's 2k per paint rubber.
Same goes for wheat, elubo, plantain and others.

Semovita is not a product that appeared on the shelf yesterday. Like Gala, it has been there for a very long time. I don't eat it, but I trust the manufacturer for quality products.

Whether they approve it or not. My philosophy is to stay away from processed foods and drinks as much as possible.

Is NAFDAC still n existence after the demised of Prof Akiyuli? The reason is- why do we have so much fake products nowadays - drugs,water goods,etc?
Let the truth be told,- NAFDAC Officials duties is not just to seat in the Office but should include knowing the Market intrigues, sifting the good Customers from evil one!
NAFDAC was performing great then but now they have been overwhelmed by the rot in the Nigerian Society! They need to be streamlined riggiged and get good Salary and allowances,so that Officials are not easily influenced with money by the Corruption in Nigeria.
They must come out of the Systemic Corruption,like JAMB,for if 50% of the MIDAS can be free from Corruption,then Nigeria will be flying on Developmental Growth. The tasks is for all of us!
