What is the risk of a land purchased, but left without any development? It had a registered survey plan, deed of assignment and contract of sales. There is no C of O attached? Can the government wake up one day to sieze such lands. Do you have an idea of how many built houses have a C of O? |

The best way to prevent any touching story or case in future is to get CofO. With the CofO, even if the government needs the land in future they will pay you handsomely. |
