I have had this tremor on hands and body for a long time now. It very embarrassing because people easily notice it.

I have used some drugs for medication at a time and couldn't ween off it for a long time thus becoming an addiction. Even though am no longer using those drugs, the tremor and vibration persists.

Doctors in the house, is there any recommended way to work this out ?

How long have u been detoxed of the drug u were addicted to??
Mayb u are still taking other things that can trigger similar withdrawal symptoms of the drug u were addicted to, like caffiene,


See a neurologist...u may have hyperthyroidism or need anti-anxiety medications
