Commercial transporters plying the Ile-Epo axis of Lagos State have lamented the extortion by men of the Ile-Epo police station and LASTMA officials despite the hardship occasioned by the fuel subsidy removal.

Some of the drivers who spoke to Newsbreak Nigeria on Friday said men of the Nigeria Police Force collaborate with LASTMA officials and the local government task force to extort them daily.

Kazeem, a tricycle rider who plies Ile-Epo to Command axis, narrated his ordeal within the racket by the various government agents.
