How to make delicious rice stew with less than 1k. Ingredients Dry pepper (ata gbigbe) N100 Onions...N100-N200 (depends on the season) Palm oil (red oil)....N250 Sachet tomato paste....N100 Seasoning......N20 Salt Eggs. Process.. Blend your pepper and onions together. Heat your pot and turn in the oil. Cover and allow it to bleach forming a brownie colour ( I do this cos I love the ofada aroma it usually gives). Allow to cool and add in your blend pepper, tomato paste, seasoning, salt to taste and low to cook in medium heat for 20-30mins. Boiled your egg and add in. I learnt this, when I was selling foodstuffs. 5 Likes
