Hi fam. I am stuck in Delta state for the next one year of my life doing the youth service.

With less than 5 days to go in camp, is it still possible to influence PPA posting or should I not bother at all?

I just ran into some cash and I do not wish to give it away to some person in the hope of getting a particular PPA.

My aim is not to get a good PPA, but to carefully AVOID certain places in Delta state. I would rather be posted to a remote village with no basic facilities than to posted to, say, Warri area, or Ughelli.
