I paid money to someone through his account to discharge a project to me. Since then I have been calling and he refused to pick. I don't know his place also, was referred to me by a friend.

Can I report him to his bank?

U don't report to criminal, or dept case to bank oga, go to police and file a against case against, he might be charge a criminal case, then he will be invited.

Which friend? I hope it's not Wittywriter, he is a criminal and scammer that is his format.
