duty paid in with 35%,while 70% is yet to be implemented cus. It was postponed to January 1st 2015 as declared by GEJ N NCS but for now it's 35%

Okay,but before now what % was operational ? because i noticed cost of clearing cars increased compared to what was obtainable last year
