This does not include inducement to releasing officer which won't be less than N12,000 and many other not receipted payments.
So my question is how do you clear this vehicle for N580,000 without pre- conceived plan of coming to ask for more funds from Clients ??

Stop misleading clients.
Not all clients can afford to pay twice what you told them to budget .

Good morning ,
Yes you need a TIN number before you can clear your consignment from the port .

Simply walk into any FIRS office close to you to get a TIN .It cost Zero Naira if you do this yourself and N5k if you request for a 3rd party help you with this .
