There are two sides to this: from the men's side and the women's side. I will start with the men side. A man will approach a lady, after exchanging contact and talking briefly on phone, the next thing the man will ask will be "When are you coming to see me" or starting to have a naughty conversation with the lady, it's visible to the blind that such man is only coming for nothing but sex. Also men that their selfish agenda is to collect money from women can easily be spotted. They will always sweet mouth a lady about one multi millionaire naira business/contract with no single evidence. It's always so easy to spot a man who is approaching a woman only for sex or to milk her financially which are selfish agenda but for the case of women it's totally different. They use emotional game to obtain from men.

A man will approach a lady, you start getting acquainted with the lady. The moment you try to show care and concern, it becomes and avenue to get money from the man. For instance, the man tries to ask the lady how was her day, that's when she will cook up a story of how she is not feeling fine and doesn't have money to get medication. Out of the good will of the man, he will send her the money. This is the just one many lies women cook up the moment a man start showing care and concern.

I don't have problem with a man giving a lady money, only have problem with the woman who have to tell lies to obtain money from men and who don't even care to know how much the man earns and to know if he facing any financial difficulties. Many women will argue that's asking for money from a man is just a test to know if he will be stingy when you both eventually marry. Why will asking for money even when you don't care to know the financial standing of the man, be a test. Have you tested how he react to anger, have you tested how he react to adversaries, have you tested if he is a man that can easily be influenced by friends and families. All these tests doesn't matter to women, only the test of him giving you money that matters and we keep wondering the causes of high rate of divorce in the society. Aunty, you are not testing anything, you are only selfish, self-centred and want only want your own needs to be met and don't give a damn about the man. We certainly can't love without giving but certainly money shouldn't be used to buy love either. I always wonder why many Nigerian women are naturally selfish.
