The DPO who is a fellow Nigerian is writing a report against a follow country man, its not just our government but ourselves. I remember about five months ago whenI was attacked by armed robbers who carted away with some huge amount of money, the police officer told me that due to lack of suspect the he will make me the prime suspect.
