This has been an issue for a lot of young Nigerian students who want to travel, study and survive in a foreign country.
Lots of my Nigerian friends in the United States live on the streets and work lots of hours to put food in their mouths whilst still studying for a degree mostly because there parents spent all their money just to get them there in the first place. I'ld love to know the country with the cheapest living conditions and the best universities with lots of foreign students amenities available outside Africa and also what a student can do to sustain him or herself studying outside the country with no outside help from relatives. Thank you.

America is difficult transitioning from study to permanent except you are ready to marry or get highly skilled jobs

Canada is very expensive and difficult to survive and not advisable coming as a student except you have huge funds so PR is best bet also difficult transitioning for study to permanent now due to huge inflow and certain requirements but most students aren’t aware until their PGWP is about to expire

Uk though fair to Nigerians due to colonialism but also expensive, you can get upto 5 years work permit in Uk after studying if you have the funds to study in Uk

Looking for cheapest living conditions and the best universities with lots of foreign students amenities......if you don't get full scholarship for studying outside Africa, better go look for tens of millions of Naira for that.
