As in eh!!! 99.9% of real estate dealers selling land in Epe Lagos are scammers. That's the latest scam now, even Yahoo boys have joined the scam. A plot of land is sold to like 10 different people, in the name of virtual plot. There will be serious wahala in 6 - 10 years time when development will reach those areas.

I guess the land tussles will not end anytime soon. Magodo land tussle comes to mi d. Those that actually started the case 40 years ago died while waiting but they eventually won 😂

Simple question u can't answer as if I'm fighting u or the cause of ur problems. I have already seen what I need to see in the land use act. And it applies to every land owner. The law vests the ownership of all land in the country to the State Government so stop sounding as if it affects some certain group of people

So why are you sounding as if you have acquired the whole of planet earth from the original owners till eternity? That's why no other people are making noise about buying land like every other fellow. We all know that particular set of people well known for their noise and chestbeating.
