I used to not like them because of how hard and crunchy they are, but I can tolerate them now.

maker or depends on whether you are hungry or not. If someone is hungry and no availability of real food then you take buns while puff puff is other way

Personally for me, one major difference is in the water dilution dough consistency, /water:flour ratio.

Dough for buns has more water That's why Chinese chin is far far more crunchy, drier, harder & less malleable with almost similar ingredients.

Culinary expertise is also a field of professsional specialisation and it takes some tweaking & great culinary skills in perfecting the favourite cuisines, of majority of clients in the menu, to customer's delight!

Puff puff..i don't like buns at all. Theres is ome in aprticular woman i buy hot puff puff from..she makes it so fluffy and has pepper and seasoning inside..very nice.

Buns taste is more dope when both are hot, especially when it's soft and contains less oil, but puff puff sweetness is just starting after 1 or 2 days of production... The reaction of the yeast with the sugar use to bring one aroma that is second to none..... Very yummy

Ghanian are best in doing this....

Honestly, it was my guilty pleasure when I was in Ibadan. There was a lady at Apete near Ibadan poly that made it and I bought from her every week.

Ibadan puffs with spices. I'd like to try that someday.

i used to prefer the bunce as a youth!but later changed to puff when my teeth could no longer cope with the hardened bunce!as at now,i dont even get involved in either bcs it is not at all economical to get involved in it!the only product from flour i now eat at all is #biscuit!NOT EVEN BREAD!THE LAST TIME I TOOK BREAD WAS WHEN I FINISHED A 1K BREAD!I THEN REALISED I CANT AFFORD TO BE EATING THAT!I HAD TO STOP TAKING IT!!
