The guy never reported himself as claimed. His phone felt down at the scene of the crime, and that was how he was nabbed. He's a member of the vigilante group. Also, the soldiers in the area used him as errand boy. The unfortunate side of it is, he's a tailor by profession, two weeks ago is when he did his freedom...while on the 13th of this month is his wedding.
