3. Marital acrimony has been on since time immemorial. These days women are empowered to seek for justice when battered and assaulted as against before, and also social media is an avenue where they air their grievances. Thus everybody can know almost all the marital problems happening all over the world
4. Social media is the reason you get to see so many deaths. People are even getting numb by death videos. Suicides, beheadings etc are shown on social media. There are whole social media channels dedicated to bloody deaths, decapitations, suicides etc. Go to X(Twitter), Telegram, Discord etc and you'll have your fill of death. This was not possible before like 20 years ago. You get to see more deaths now.
4. I agree terrorism in Nigeria is worsening due to government lackadaisical approach to security. And the terrorist groups are getting bolder since some of them are even getting paid for it. But social media has made it possible for you to hear about their exploits quickly and easily. 10 years ago the only channels of Nigerian terrorism was NTA, AIT etc. Nowadays even Instablog9ja would help you know there was a bomb blast in Abuja before you hear it on AIT.

Social media has been very active at least for the past two decades and I can tell the difference. I am a news reader. If you haven't noticed any difference, then you have a problem.
