Went to read up about the "pay for slay" fund and found out that it really exists. However, the OP twisted the truth to suit his narrative. Indeed the EU (highest contributor) and several other Arab nations provide aid money to the Palestinian govt to help them pay salaries and provide basic amenities and services to the Palestinian people, but the Palestinian authorities dedicate about 7% of these funds to pay terrorists whom they refer to as martyrs.

This is condemned by the donors but the OP here wants us to believe otherwise.
