No, offence. Nigerians do not have edurance. Most times, When you endure, it is because you know certainly the better stuff is closer enough to bear. To endure blindly is foolishness of the highest order. Genuine Christian faith is a bit different, that is why the faith of a genuine Christian is called "foolishness to the world", because what he sees with his spiritual eyes, the world cannot see. Even at that, the christian still have hope (he sees some good ahead) of exercising endurance. What most Nigerians have is foolishness, extreme docility and wickedness. They don't react to anything. No protest against bad traditional rulers, political or religious leaders e.t.c. they make comedy skit about serious issues of corruption with their leaders. They support evil leaders, worship people with ill gotten riches. Did you hear what Rotimi Ameachi (a corrupt leader) said about the docility of Nigerians recently ? Is Hope Uzodinma of imo state suppose to be voted for another second tenure ? But watch as imo citizens will vote in an extreme corrupt leader again and later start complaining about him - Do you give an award for such foolishness that even late Fela sung about ?
