So if you have acess to cheap dollar as a businessman, will you buy the dollar and use it to immediately import needed equipments? How much will I make from such equipment compared to round tripping? Wount it make more sense to round trip multiple times, and finally import the equipment with my gain from the money? At least that is what who you say is smart will do.
