what do u know about Globe Reinsurance? Learnt they are trying to float a private placement. Would it be a worthy plunge. Need your advice please. |

Private placement ended some time ago. What should be the primary concern is the rumour circulating that Jimoh Ibrahim's NICON and Nigerian Re-insurance (which has a merger arrangement with Globe Re-Insurance) were deficient in some of the requirements for re-certification. This situation has not been helped by the court injunction obtained by Barrister Jimoh Ibrahim restraining NAICOM from carrying out re-certification of the companies in question. Let's see what happens in the next few weeks. |
