Ladies who lost their mothers at a tender age are looking forward to experiencing mother’s care from their mothers-in-law. These sets ladies are excited about getting married because they want that vacuum in their lives to be filled. The acceptance from the mother-in-law means a lot to them, as it compensates for their self-esteem and confidence in the marriage.
While some wish to experience mother’s care from their mother-in-law, others wish not to have it at all. Maybe because of what they’ve heard about other mothers-in-law, some ladies dying wish, is to marry a guy whose mother is late; some are even making this their criteria for marriage because they want full control of their husband without the interference of their mother-in-law.
Some already in marriage are wishing for their mother-in-law to die. This is the sad truth no lady wants to voice out, maybe because their husbands have high regard for their mother (which is not bad), or because of the way she is treated by the mother-in-law, or maybe she is losing her grip on her husband to her mother-in-law. While some ladies see their mother-in-law as wicked, a home breaker, a controller, and an attention seeker, others see them as their new mother, think tank, adviser, and meditator.
