Jesus abolished stoning for adultery but allowed crucifixion for himself an inocent man and for the repented man by his side.

Why abolish stoning but keep crucifixion?

As a fellow carbon-based life form, I find this an ultimate win.

Both of you are the ones that are not normal!

If Jesus could make the same religious leader to abolish stoning an adultery, why could he not also make the religious leaders to abolish crucifixion when he was in a similar situation like woman the religious leader brought to him.

Did Jesus stop the religious leaders or those acting on what the religious leaders taught?

For your information the Pharisees don't do the stoning of anyone they only stand at a distance to confirm the execution as brainwashed Jews act on what they're taught.

After throwing him outside the city, they began stoning him. The witnesses laid down their outer garments at the feet of a young man called Saul. Act 7:58

So when the people discovered that Jesus who is performing great miraculous works is not teaching the same cruelty like their former teachers they have to ask Jesus' own opinion about stoning an adulterer and it's his opinion that made them drop the stones in their hands. However after the Pharisees have succeeded in getting Jesus out of the scene the people continue stoning offenders to death! Act 7:58

Before coming to Nairaland to display your stupidity remember Max is here! smiley

Jesus' trial before the Sanhedrin (Matthew 26:57-68) Those who had arrested Jesus took him to the house of the high priest, Caiaphas, where the teachers of the law and the elders had gathered together. Peter followed from a distance, as far as the courtyard of Caiaphas' house.

He should have told them that those who have never sinned should accuse him and all of them should have walked away too like when they brought the woman to him.

Naaaaaaaaaaaaaa you're getting it all mixed up! smiley

The people who asked for Jesus' opinion were common Jews who always listen to teachers of the law but the Sanhedrin are the teachers themselves so they've already concluded that Jesus must die {John 11:53} so they've judged him even prior to standing before them! John 7:51

So even if Jesus say a word it's beating they will use to silence him in that gathering! Matthew 26:67; Mark 14:65 smiley

NO, It was the crowd!

The woman has been judged so the execution doesn't need the permission of anyone but the people respected Jesus that's why they came to ask of his opinion since their judges have made their verdict! smiley

Jesus didn't even stopped them he simply pointed out their own faults to them,
He that is without Sin cast the first stone.
And they all know they have sinned. So?
You sound like all these Muslims looking for who to deceive with manipulative questions to impress and convince yourself that Jesus is not God.
Sorry u failed again.
