Posh approaches every game with the same pattern no game plan.we all knew everton was going to play in this way but what was his game plan? Nothing.Ten hag has a useless team as well but u can see him trying to manage the team to win games,if it was chelsea of before him for don lose him job since.

But boy you gotta give it to Sean Dyche & his boys for mustering the mentality to go on 3 straight wins despite the painful 10pts deduction. They would have been sitting pretty on 10th position if it were not for the penalisation yet they have managed to climb out of relegation.👏

The truth is that if the club is not careful the gaffer loses the locker room and a bad situation goes worse.
He just cannot seem to be able to motivate them or craft any sort of playing style that is purposeful.
Can't see his impact on this team.

Good coach no doubt but perhaps it is a case of the glove just not fitting the hand.

In wrk places there are some leader the junior staff behave anyhow when he is around. And there are some, when they are around, everybody is calm and behave themselves.

Even in schools, those days there are some lectures we wouldn't dare to make a pim when they are in the class, and there are some we behave anyhow when they are lecturing.

The young kids Project isn't working. Not every young kid will turn out to be an Mbappe. Most will end up like Anthony Martial.
