wht is the need to charge fees to help pple check result? if ur company is managing the university website must you charge to resolve problem for students/

How do dey calculate d p.utme result if d cut off mark is 50cos sum re gettin 22%, 26%, 30%, 42% etc...
No one has gotten above 50 yet..
