Humans have only been around in what...20,000 years and see where we are today exploring the Cosmos and doing DNA editing, etc Baring extinction, in the next 100,000 years, how advanced do you think we'd become?
Also there are over 100 billion stars in the Milky way galaxy not 100 billion planets. We can only assume how many planets there are.
