1. Your skills might be relevant to your company today but become irrelevant tomorrow. The world keeps evolving, and demands keep changing.

What should you do?
Learn new skills every year, whether your company requires it or not.
Understand market trends to make it easier to secure your job or find a new one.
Be open to learning and prepare for unexpected changes.

2. Employers are not obligated to be loyal to you.

Why?
They pay for the services you provide.
Companies prioritize their interests and profits.
Businesses are not charities, and your employers are not your family members.
Markets keep changing.

What should you do?
Give your best at work; you will be more valuable and less dispensable.
Let work be work; go back home to the people who will miss you the most when you are gone.
Always prioritize your health; if you drop dead today, your company will replace you within a few days.
Have multiple streams of income; prepare for rainy days.
Continue to network regardless of how comfortable you are at your current workplace.
