I have been involved in taking care of an old woman with dementia, omo! She was very stubborn, even her grand children handle herel roughly- and it was normal like that.

She does all manners of unreasonable things, at a point they were just waiting for her to die

Some people forget quickly that they too would become an elderly person one day.

No matter her condition, she doesn't deserve such ill-treatment.

Though I understand taking care of an elderly folk isn't easy, they need to remember they signed up for the tasks and that's where they make the money they desire.

There's a lesson here!

If they are not interested in the work why don't they resign. It is very bad treating an elderly patient like this.

She deserve compassion, not insults, like saying she is disgusting. Also should not be rough handled. That is what the Job requires. I just remember how some doctors can be nasty, while some can be compassionate, kind, gentle and considerate.
