In one way or the other people have been finding it difficult and stressful to block their SIM cards especially immediately when it is stolen because our SIM cards carry vitally information including our banking information.

But MTN has now made it easier to block SIM cards without going to their office. Before now whenever you have lost your phone, what you do is to rush down to nearest MTN office with evidence of ownership or you contact customer care line 180.

But the latest development helps you to block your SIM card with any other MTN phone around you, should incase you loss your phone, so you can protect your banking details, before the criminals strike.
