3 Things To Watch Out For When The Government Breaks A Vital Information by derwin(m): 9:39am On Feb 02
Information is one of the highest forms of currency. If you watch movies or series that showcases the lives of Big Corporations and individuals whose wealth and Networth are in Billions of Dollars, you'll understand that there's one thing Billionaires never joke with; Information!

They act very fast when they get it by taking key position sizes and waiting for the right moment when the fruits of the information will come into fruition.

When we bring it Home, at least 10 out of the numerous Millionaires and Billionaires we have in Nigeria became very wealthy by acting very quickly on Government based information.

They did their research, consulted experts and took key positions, awaiting the manifested day. This is true in sectors like;

- Manufacturing
- Oil and Gas
- Customs Clearance
- Real Estate
- Agriculture
- Finance
- General contracts.

The first thing to watch out for when the Government breaks an information is;

"The Government's Vested Interests"

The pivotal question to ask yourself is; why is the Government interested in achieving this?

Will this project help the Government attract more foreign investments hereby increasing Forex and reducing unemployment? Or

Will it lessen the hardship the citizens get to face everyday?

The 2nd thing to watch out for is;

"What Role Does the Government want you to play in this information"?

One thing you must never be caught offside doing is; "understanding only at surface level what the Government is saying"— you will miss the entire point.

When the Government intends to embark on a project, of course they make their portals open to attract investors who can play a vital role in ensuring that the works gain fast momentum.

The Government alone cannot sponsor a project, they will always need a good form of collaboration. What role can you play? How can you collaborate and win big? — this is the sweetness of Capitalism.

Final point, "The Governments Body Language". ( for action speaks louder than words)

This is what I've observed and here's what you need to know..

- if the Government hints on a particular piece of information back to back, then there's a Big interest there.
- If the Government visits the said location of the project frequently or seldomly, there's a massive interest.
- If there's a Roadmap of project takeoff, it's a serious project.

If you observe very well, the Lagos State Government has been talking big about;
- The 4th Mainland bridge
- The new international airport
- The Lagos Film city
- The Lagos foods logistics hub.

And most recently... The Governor talked of an official Carrier for Lagos State.

These information are not for jokes, people are already moving and lobbying the Government for key positions, some even want everything!

The key locations for these projects are:

- Ibeju Lekki, and
- Epe.

Like I said in my comments above, What would you do with these information?

If you're a Multinational, or A Billionaire in Dollars, you can play at the contract level with the Government. What if you're not any of the above but you have some good money?

And what if you don't have Money as you feel you should, but you feel you're in good position to invest?

Here's what to do,

The Government's plans must always reach the grassroots, this is a fact. Whilst most people may never see it this way, you should.

There'll be need for housing, and Real Estate plays a major role in fasttracking development.

You can take your position along side the big names by investing in Properties.

Buy up several plots / hectares of Land and just wait it out, following the same Information.

Ibeju Lekki and Epe currently are Hotbeds for Real Estate Investment in Lagos State, and the great news is; you can get amazing properties in choice Locations for great prices.

The information here now is, there are amazing and legit companies who are ready to give you great discounts on prices when you buy as high as 18 plots and above.

So again... You have to act fast on an information when you receive it. Take a bold step today to position yourself into great wealth from Real Estate.
