Victor James Osimhen, born on December 29, 1998, in Lagos, Nigeria, is a Nigerian footballer known for his prowess as a center forward. He rose to prominence in 2015 following an outstanding performance at the U-17 FIFA World Cup and currently plies his trade with VfL Wolfsburg in the German Bundesliga.




Osimhen, the youngest of six children, learned the game of football by emulating his elder brother while growing up under the guidance of his father, Pa Osimhen, from Edo State. Despite humble beginnings, including selling sachet water on Lagos streets with his siblings, Osimhen's talent shone through early on. He joined a local club's senior team alongside his brother, Andrew, showcasing his skills as a striker.
