Dear Employers/hrs, Kindly Balance Your Background Checks by MikaelDare(m): 9:16am On Feb 08 |
Dear Employers/HRs, while it's important to always go through background checks regarding a Prospect/Potential New Employee, it's also important to do a background check on any Past Employer who gives a negative reference/review to a Past Employee, especially Privately owned businesses. There are many organisations who are very toxic and have high employee turnover rate, with Employees leaving always because of the hostile environment. Most of these toxic organizations usually give negative references/reviews to virtually all their past employees. This is why there are platforms like Glassdoor that help employees also give their own reviews about past employers. Employers/HRs should therefore do their background on an Organisation when it gives negative reviews/references regarding a Past Employee. Check what previous employees too are saying about such company before making conclusions and taking decisions. Employees too should ensure they leave reviews about former Employers on platforms like Glassdoor to help Potential Employers and Potential Job Seekers make informed decisions. 1 Like |
