We have a construction company based in Lekki with potential investment in construction projects that can rake in hundreds of thousands of naira a day. The hospitality Industry is a booming sector of the economy i assure you ROI is 100% in less than one year, is situated in a strategic point. I have a consulting firm that provides expatriates from different multinationals accommodation in hotels and guest houses. I know how much they spend a week on accommodation.

True but I think it requires a lot thou; what u think?

- glass production.

- night club / bar.
- mining.
- palm oil production.

I will give you a simple breakdown. With 40 million naira, we can buy a pay loader worth 8 million naira, buy hectares of land worth 20 million naira, buy 2 trucks and other equipment. We own the land and the sand on it. We sell d sand on a daily basis. E.g, if we sell 100 trucks of sand at 15,000 naira per truck daily, we get 1.5 million naira a day. So, in less than 4 months, we get back d capital.

We can also rent our pay loaders @ d cost of 50,000 naira daily.

ROI tentatively is 100% in 3-4 months, at least.

That's for construction.
